Throubleshooter

Dezide Troubleshooter is based on the leading Artificial Intelligence technology, Bayesian Networks, and provides user-friendly, efficient and low-cost intelligent troubleshooting guides on a users local PC to assist with problems when no network connection is available. First, Troubleshooter will carry out a diagnosis of the user’s equipment and possibly an automated repair based on an analysis of the collected data. If an automated repair is not possible, the user will be guided to a solution in a few intuitive and efficient steps.



Troubleshooter can, for example, be used by subscribers of Internet Service Providers (ISP) for resolution of connectivity or for other IT-related problems.

Troubleshooter is used for diagnostics and troubleshooting locally on a user's PC. The tool is able to automatically diagnose network and configuration-related problems and can also automatically fix some of these.

When a problem cannot be solved automatically, the tool will guide the user to a solution in a user-friendly and efficient manner, assisting the user with the troubleshooting of cables, routers, etc.

The tool is especially suitable for Internet Service Providers (ISP) of any type (DSL, cable, modem, etc.). The ISP can package the tool on its introduction CDs given to new subscribers or allow them to download the tool from their self-service portal. A guide for troubleshooting connectivity problems is included in the package and can quickly be customized and put into production by ISPs. A full deployment of Troubleshooter can be accomplished in weeks.
